The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, with beautiful decoration that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for senior people like me to relax and enjoy. The hotel was also easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and wide hallways that made it easy to navigate with my walking cane.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive during the afternoons. Sometimes, it was a little difficult to find someone at the bar area.

The hotel is extremely old and with very bad finished furniture and the rooms had bad smell (I tried 3 of them accepted one only because it was late and I hadn't where to go). They have a cooking machine in every room, so I presume that it is used especially by the tourists who came with the family and want to save some money. They don't have restaurant. Though they have a very small swimming pool. The wi-fi was not working. The only place in the hotel which was decent was the reception hall.

The small inside pool was very nice as was the wellness part. The masseuse is excellent.

The apartment was very small and had almost no cooking facilities.

We loved the hotel's location in a quiet area within comfortable walking distance to attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities, including the wellness center and private safe parking, were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of high-quality options, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

The breakfast was simple but tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. I appreciated that the hotel had parking available and that the staff spoke English and German. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area, about 20 minutes walk from the town centre. The location is perfect - close enough to enjoy the attractions such as the old town and castle, but far away from the hustle and bustle. The view from the roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Balaton lake, is simply breathtaking. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of options to start your day off right.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

A nice small hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 3 blocks from Lake Balaton.

No restaurant -- only breakfast and the possibility of supper if one signs up for half-pension. Our supper was rather poor, and overpriced.

This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The two swimming pools and jacuzzi were jaw-dropping, perfect for a relaxing day. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and spacious with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The wellness complex, including the swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool, was a fantastic bonus. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and shops. a truly remarkable experience!

Nice rooms and nice staff.

The hotel was really far from the center of Keszthely and you thus felt a bit isolated if you had come for a short out of the season visit.

Spent Christmas here and had a decent time. The room was cozy and well heated which made it easy to settle in. Also, the location was perfect for us as it was in between two towns; one with a thermal bath and the other with a lake view. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

The hotel's decor was quite dated and the sauna and infra room had no drinking water or soap. The parking available was tight especially during Christmas season.

We had a lovely romantic escape to a hotel in Keszthely. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were definitely the best aspects, giving us the perfect chance to unwind with some aquatic relaxation. The location was great, being very close to the beach and having easy access to restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, providing an ideal retreat for some quiet time together.

The mosquitoes were the worst aspects of our stay. We would have appreciated mosquito nets on the windows, as we were constantly battling them during the night.

It was just a short walk to the city center, which was convenient for exploring the area.
